391 posts 路 Joined 2013. #19 路 Jul 6, 2015. I replied to your PM Marklar134. The biggest difference between the 2.0 head vs 2.3 is flow. 255CFM (2.0L) vs 295CFM (2.3L) (Correct me if numbers are wrong). You cannot replicate the 2.3 head by porting the 2.0 head.
3. the oil light is on so the sensors may be different between a fusion and a focus, I'm going to switch that tomorrow and see. 4. whoever designed that power steering pump needs a good kick in the nuts, if it ever breaks I might just sell the car. 5. you need a 91" Dayco 5060910 drive belt, the 2.0 or the 2.3 don't fit.

509 posts 路 Joined 2005. #18 路 Apr 7, 2008. What ever plug you choose gap them at .060, the coil-on plug ignition can easily handle it. I still have my original pulgs in from '05 gaped at .060, it runs fine and get around 30 mpg with a Stealth CAI, custom exhaust and 17" rims.
