Bash with a saucepan to flatten them to 5mm thick. Tip the flour into one bowl, then crack and beat the eggs in a second bowl. Add the breadcrumbs to a third, finely grate in half of the Parmesan, then shake to combine. Coat the chicken in the flour, then the egg and finally in the cheesy breadcrumbs, until thoroughly coated.
Instructions. On Instant Pot select Saute adjust to normal. Heat oil in insert. Add beef, onions and salt; cook 8 to 10 Minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Stir in celery and carrots. Select Cancel. Stir broth into beef mixture. Add spaghetti evenly over beef mixture.

Pick and finely chop the rosemary leaves. Heat a splash of olive oil in a medium pan over a medium-low heat, add the chopped veg, bay and rosemary, then cook gently with a lid on for 10 minutes, or until softened, stirring occasionally. Turn the heat up to medium-high, pour in the red wine (if using), then leave to bubble and cook away.
Cut the fresh lasagne sheets into wide strips. Bring a kettle of water to a boil. Separate the parsley leaves and stems and chop them. Slice the garlic. Brown the sausage in a large skillet. Stir in the garlic and parsley stems, and fennel, and continue to cook until golden. Pour in the red wine.
Tip into a 25cm x 30cm baking dish and finely grate over the Cheddar. Dab the reserved mushrooms with kitchen paper or a clean tea towel and lay on top. Pick the rosemary leaves (if using), toss in ½ a tablespoon of oil and lay on the top. Bake for 15 minutes, or until bubbling and crispy on top.
Heat the Bolognese (allow 150g per portion, £0.87) in the pan until hot through, then toss in the pasta, loosening with splashes of cooking water, if needed. Grate over 5g of Cheddar cheese (£0.03), to serve.
Step 04. Trim and wash the asparagus, removing the more fibrous parts close to the roots with a potato peeler. Cut into rounds. Set aside 5 whole asparagus spears for use as a garnish and leave all the tips intact. Place the asparagus in a frying pan with a trickle of oil and a pinch of salt. Toss them for 5 minutes.
Assemble: Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Use a 33 x 22 x 7 cm / 13 x 9 x 2.5″ baking dish. Smear a bit of Ragu on the base, then cover with lasagna sheets. Tear sheets to fit. Spread over 2 1/2 cups of Ragu (enough to cover sheets), then drizzle over 1 cup of Cheese Sauce. Top with lasagna sheets (Note 7).
How to make chicken bolognese. Add the onion, carrot and oil to a large pot or dutch oven. Saute for about 5-10 minutes or until soft. Add in the garlic and chicken and cook until the chicken has browned, stirring often. Once browned, add in the wine and simmer until the liquid has cooked off.
